When you purchase something from our store, the order cannot be cancelled. No Cancellations are entertained.
Refunds, Replacements and Damaged products
SAPTAMRUT CONSUMER PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal refund policy. Under this policy: Refund will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of receipt of the products. However, refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. This should be reported within 1-2 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1-2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of any Refunds approved by the SAPTAMRUT CONSUMER PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.SAPTAMRUT CONSUMER PRIVATE LIMITED do not entertain and do not allow refunds for damaged products without a proper and clear video of opening the delivered courier package. If you receive damaged products inside the delivered courier package, you should sent a video of opening the delivered courier package, with the video shot under clear lighting, and the package and product should be clearly visible entirely throughout the video and the video should not be cropped or edited, shall be sent by email to saptamrutconsumerpvtltd@gmail.com. Upon receiving the email we will verify the video and if found to be a genuine case of damaged product, you will be eligible for a refund for damaged products or we will replace the damaged products.
